The Healing Dragons team was formed in 2009 in Charlotte, NC. Several of
our team members live about 80 miles away in Morganton, NC. They decided
it was too far to drive so they raised money and purchased their own boat and
became the Healing Dragons of Lake James. Every year we try to get together
and enter a race with a BCS Division. We also have a couple of survivors from
Charlotte Fury and one from Organized Chaos. Both of these
are based in Charlotte, NC. Our team has competed in races
from Washington, DC to Puerto Rico. Most of us have never
had the pleasure of visiting Florence, Italy and we are really
looking forward to this event.
